Much of my career has been with Kent State University where I have offered continuing consultation in all areas of university operations. I have provided my expertise in contract administration, legal investigations, counseling and representation and been directly involved in multiple real estate transactions, specialized employment contracts, administrative agency investigations, and the settlement of claims.
