About Jim R. Webb

As an owner of several broker dealers, RIA's, and an insurance firm, Jim is actively involved in understanding the nuances of wealth management operations. From regulatory compliance to enterprise level business development, his commitment to the industry and the individuals involved have manifested into a successful and thriving enterprise. Jim acquired and is now growing another broker dealer, American Global Wealth Services, inc. Jim also owns and runs a separate SEC registered investment advisory firm, Cape Investment Advisory, Inc., and a full-service insurance agency, Cape Insurance Solutions, Inc. Jim is currently serving his third term as a member of FINRA'S South Region Committee representing district 7 (Georgia, the Carolina's and Florida) and previously served as the District 7 Regulatory Advisory Committee (RAC) member. Jim has also served as a panelist and speaker at many FINRA regional and national meetings. He currently holds he Series 4, 7, 8, 24, 28, 63 and 66 licenses. He received his BA degree from Kenyon College in 1990.
