I initiated and managed strategic capacity planning and development process for coal business and logistics transition for utility fuel sourcing in the eastern region.- Developed and grew the Utility-South group into a $1.2 billion annual enterprise.- Doubled revenue and drove increases in revenue per unit by more than 100%.- Propelled incremental revenue increases exceeding $2.5 billion over 10 years.-Won the two largest revenue rate cases at the Surface Transportation Board, garnering $120 million per year of new revenue, reversing a 20-year history of rate declines.- Authored an internal white paper that led to the foundation of the synthetic alternative fuel committee and served as a member of this committee that evaluated alternative fuel processes and options, minimizing the risk of supply chain disruptions and reducing CO2 footprint.- Developed CO2 emission model that determined the impact of regulatory changes on the southeastern utility sector and predicted the financial impact of closing inefficient generating units on corporate earnings.-Negotiated new confidential transportation contracts with eastern utilities and developed new supply chain networks with revenues exceeding $5.4 billion- Handled the successful collection of $20 million in disputed contract charges and damages.- Led new business development team that created projects valued in excess of $700 million in annual revenue.- Developed the lowest cost mitigation alternative for a large utility customer for the disposal of solid waste from an environmental spill, yielding more than $20 million in annual revenue.
