Working with the RAL (Rapid advance loan) program for Fedral Tax returns we assisted customers in getting and receiving information on when their Tax return posted to pay off the loan. We also may det collection calls when the return was late or not funded.

Consulted and implemented a Content Refinery software package, which included XCP, SQL 7.0 server, QA tools, and Content tracker, at a customer site. Consulted, implemented, and administered the use of an overseas source for standard production processing. Consulted with customers using telephone and e-mail communication. Team leader to 10 Data Analysts. Scheduled and tracked overseas production assignments. Co-managed an Automated Catalog creation process. Researched and developed reports for billing and production deviations to identify in-house needs. Using MS SQL 7.0 database, ODBC connection with MS Access, and MS Excel formats. Analyzed customer electronic data for processing. Production processing, Quality Assurance testing and loading of customer electronic catalogs in a relational database. Performed data integrated testing using varied database software.

Provided frontline support for customer calls. Documented customer calls. Worked with backline analysts on "quick fixes." Provided a buffer between management and customers.
