Jim brings to his clients over 25 years of experience in portfolio management and financial planning, which enables him to advise clients across a breadth of wealth management challenges. A significant portion of Jim’s time is spent counseling physicians in private practice on the financial issues that confront them in a constantly evolving healthcare landscape. Jim presents options and works with the physician and their family to help resolve many of the key personal financial challenges that confront doctors, such as practice transition, succession planning and retirement plan design. Jim currently works with physicians across New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.Jim also has a particular expertise in developing holistic strategies for those with more-complex situations such as estate tax, charitable gifting and multi-generational wealth planning issues. He works with these clients on advising how to best gift to major institutions, establish structured family trusts and oversee the legacy wealth transition from parent to child, grandchild and future generations.
