• [Channel Route] As SWITCH ChannelMKT leader, organise the planning of wholesale outlets and coverage, clarify the market layouts, control budgets, output, fee ratios and other new store supports, in order to activate.
• Responsible for engagement on clients and stores, such as conferences, promotion design, campaign mechanism plan,cost and output control, compliance and on-site execution;
• Monitor the implementation of all market projects in various regions, track and analysis the cost ratio and salespromotion effects, etc..
• XF to analysis and development product GTM strategies, outlet access mechanism, dealer selection and rating toachieve sales performance, channel and price controls

• Responsible for the Brita SCRM planning and consulting. Currently also responsible for Best Practice review which could help the brand to choose the KOC based on the SCRM programme and produce the conversion solution.
• Responsible for planning and operation the Marriott International business system in China, as well as the data analysis and consumer insights output of the mini-app and on-going campaign
• Responsible for Skechers event planning and campaign design, which has been recognised and approved by brand
• Responsible for team management and business analysis
