Effectively manage expediting, documentation and cargo management process between customer and deugro office and overseas offices or agent, updating online Supply Chain Management System (SCM) tracking system and maintaining relevant communication with customer representatives.Effectively handling shipments for Qatar Shell and Qatar Petroleum.Review and approve best buying rate for in contract and out of contract to gain max profit.Preparing and updating reports for Qatar Shell and Qatar Petroleum like Daily Status report and Monthly summary of shipments for providing clarity on shipments & cost savings for customer.Ensure physical handling of documents and files as per standard operating procedures and flow processes.Communicate service issues to client and management with ability to resolve and follow through.Determine efficient and cost-effective methods of moving goods from one location to another.Coordinate with overseas agents to ensure timely collection of goods, custom clearance and handover of cargo to airlines to avoid additional cost or storages at origin.Ensure proper packing requirements and documentation is met for general shipment and hazardous shipments.Allocate and record resources and movements on the transport planning system.Ensure all partners in supply chain are well updated to eliminate any potential issues.Ensure all company QHSE policies, Compliance, procedures and standards are followed.Ensure quality levels are maintained in all processes.Arranging Docs and required approvals (EPC approval, duty exemption etc.) from Govt & Liaison Team for local Clearance and transportation for delivery to customer’s site.Timely invoicing of files as per Contract/Agreed rates.Organizing & Supervising Airport & Sea port Operations for Qatar Shell, Qatar Petroleum & Siemens for OOG cargo to avoid delay and extra cost.

Handling Warehouse functions (Import and Export) Documentation & entries relating to the shipment on the company systemLiaising with Dubai Customs for passing of Bill of Entry and carrying out Customs Inspection.Preparation of Airway bill for all export shipments.Preparation and arranging all the necessary documents for executing Air Export and Import.Coordinating and planning the delivery of Import Shipments.

Coordinating and arranging transportation to dispatch the invoiced goods to the stock yard.Delivering the goods on time as per customer’s receipt system.Handling documentation and monetary transaction relating to transportation and also taking responsibility of all commercial activities.Client servicing.Responsibility of running the transportation smoothly.Maintaining the Inventory record in system on line.
