In 2019, when I was a student in the NTUST, I worked as an intern on the 9floor team, assisting with daily administration, and providing design and photography services. After graduating in 2020, I served as project execution of Pure co-living and was promoted to Assistant Manager of Operation three months later until now.As a manager, I started planning all the space, standard, and commercial activities from the beginning of Pure co-living. I was hired to handle the operation-related affairs of all company products, including cleaning, maintenance, access control, internet, monitoring system, setting up the environment, housekeeping, and all related preparations for your arrival.In addition, I was responsible for the work beyond the scope of operation - community management and event planning, because the brand concept of 9floor is “ Live in the community, not just a room. ” creating a safe and comfortable space for roommates to communicate is also a part that I have been working on. For me, the biggest challenge in this job is language ability. Some of the customers are foreigners and communicate in English. And because I have always preferred Japanese, I am not proficient in English. I can only cope with basic daily conversations. I need to rely on translation when writing. But lectures and presentations can be successfully completed as long as they are prepared in advance. In order to communicate, I have continued to study independently. During the two years I worked in the 9floor team, I have been able to communicate with roommates in English on a daily basis. So far, I have gotten along with roommates from South Korea, Japan, Europe, US, and UK in English. Therefore, this vacancy is a level-up challenge for me. I am looking forward to improving my language skills and broadening my knowledge via this opportunity.
