•Assigned as IOC/NPC Assistant for the French Team (delegation support role)•Completed variety of tasks during Olympic and Paralympic Games to successfully support thedelegation.•Responsibilities: managed and helped the operation of the IOC/NPC Services Centre(s) inOlympic/Paralympic Villages, management of the IOC/NPC Assistant Program.•Key Achievements: learned real global logistic difficulties to manage sophisticated athleticequipment. Using my knowledge acquired in my major, I took charge of the athletes’ andtechnicians’ equipment that came from France. As a result, more than 500 different equipmentwas delivered without any delay.

•Lab internship in “Supply Chain and Value Network Analytics Lab” under the guidance of Prof.CHEONG.T.S. in the Department of Industrial Management Engineering•Awarded a scholarship to conduct a research.Title of research paper: “Solving the cash transportation vehicle routing problem with time windows while applying ambush avoidance using genetic algorithm”•Key Achievements: studied meta-heuristic methods to solve real-life problems and wrote research paper, attended seminars, completed paper translations.

•Human Development & Capability Association (HDCA) Annual Conference was hosted inHitotsubashi University in 2016.•Managed seminars to support foreign lecturers for 4 weeks.•Key Achievements: organized seminars and supported the university to successfully hostinternational lecturers and guests, evaluating survey results.
