 Oversea the general operation of PGA Student Services Department, managing SSD staff to serve the extra-curriculum needs of over 2000 students at 26 network schools in main land China.  Create, implement and manage the oversea exchange programs. Research and identify the goals and learning outcomes of each program, supervise the planning, development of processes, schedules and overall program operations. Develop and manage effective partnerships with host academic institutions and other program related organizations and companies.  Determine and manage program budget and ensure budget discipline.  Build highly efficient communication channels to gather students and parents feedback before and after the execution of each program.  Provide on-going training to the service supporting staff at 26 network schools.  Arrange US college and university admission recruiters’ visit to selected network schools.  Design and build the company website with support of the technical staff. Monitor and update the website content to reflect the most recent events.
