Acting as a liaison between providers and the operations team of Cardiovascular Care Provider (CVCP). To promote customer retention through proactive partner interactions. Liaison between business units within operations and IT departments; completed business cases in support of projects; Achieved value-based care performance goals for departments. Responsible for directing, managing and overseeing the cardiovascular care providers precertification processes within managed care health plan benefit options and precertification requirements.

Assisted the contracting and credentialing department with various projects including data analytics involving renegotiations of payer contracts. Monitored processes with regards to credentialing physicians in the network and going through the approval process.

Worked with radiologists and imaging technicians in handling abnormal results, scheduling interventional procedures and assisted human resources with various projects throughout organization.
