• Drafting, reviewing, and managing corporate legal documents such as articles of association, business licenses, and employment agreements.• Handling applications and renewals of business licenses.• Ensuring company compliance with applicable laws and regulations and monitoring regulatory updates and assessing their impact on the company’s operations.• communicating with the regulators (Bappebti & OJK) • Preparation the transition of regulatory oversight from Bappebti to OJK.• Drafting and reviewing agreements, including partnership agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other contracts.• Providing legal input on contract terms to safeguard the company’s interests and identifying legal risks in contracts or other legal documents.• Providing legal opinions to management on business operations and transactions.• Identifying and providing solutions to legal issues.• Organizing and maintaining corporate legal documents systematically.• Managing contract renewals and updates in a timely manner.
