As a Field Service Technician, my main work is to meet new people every day and help them fix their telecom-related issues by installing and repairing the devices, Also I make sure of customers' requirements so that I can suggest the best-personalised package by bundling the different Telus services, which helps them to save at the end of the year. and also educating them on basic troubleshooting steps on what to do next for a similar situation in future.In my last job as a Subject Matter Expert at Shaw Communications, I examined and verified the accuracy of work done by the newly hired agents, and provided them with training and coaching. I also maintain records of the agents, guide them as per the policies, and perform extra work as requested by the supervisor.
