I plan, skillfully curate and execute memorable Downtown Sioux Fall's events and promotions schedule (20+ events in a year) including Burger Battle, Parade of Lights, Riverfest, Eastbank Block Parties and Spring & Fall Art + Wine Walk

Develop, plan and execute special events promotions and services targeting specific market segments, such as sporting events, ag tourism conventions and activities. Also, director for Mitchell Sports & Events Authority commission.

I oversee all marketing and promotional season plans for 10 varsity sports; including social media strategy, season ticket renewal plans, and sponsorship agreements for in game promotions. Similarly, I event plan several athletic fundraisers and events throughout the year; including golf tournaments, hospitality rooms, and donor parties. *From 2014 – 2017, Increased average student attendance for football 89%, volleyball 44%, & men’s and women’s basketball (combined) 20% on $0 budget. *Oversee season ticket renewal (Football, Volleyball, Women’s Basketball, & Men’s Basketball) program with a 95% renewal rate and 10% revenue increase for Football and Men’s Basketball from '14-'17. *Responsible for premium seating renewals (courtside seats & chair-back seating at basketball) with 100% renewal rate from '14-'17.*Responsible for raising an additional $25,000 for student athlete scholarships with the fundraising event and party "Selection Sunday Sweepstakes" from '14-'17. *Assisted in the start-up & continuation of the Trojan Athletic Club, an athletic booster club to raise money for student athlete scholarships. Have raised $150,000 in the first two years of implementation.*University liaison for the "Champions of Character" program, a program designed to teach student athletes to give back to their community through community service projects and workshops.

Responsible for generation and implementation of marketing plans to create an exciting and engaging atmosphere for fans, while also promoting the Vol and Lady Vol brand for: volleyball, women's basketball, and softball while assisting in football game day, including Vol Village & Vol Legend of the Game, and baseball. I also oversaw the Tennessee 'Student Rewards' program and Junior Vol's Club. Volleyball: *Created and oversee the season marketing plan including promotions and budget, video board slides, PA scripts, match break promotions, and interactive fan activities.Women's Basketball: *Finished #1 for average per game attendance in the country in '13 & '14. *Oversaw generation and implementation of events, promotions, and giveaways within budget. *Script writing, along with production of pre-game, in-game, and post-game marketing plans and halftime entertainment to build gameday atmosphere and promote the Lady Vol brand. Softball:*Created PA scripts, produced games, and oversaw 10-15 student workers for game-day duties.*Oversaw “Dug Out Run Out” a game-day event inviting AAU softball teams to participate with the team during pre-game warm-ups, targeting small group ticket sales. *Marketing plan resulted in several sold out games during 2013 & 2014 seasons making Sherri Parker-Lee Stadium one of the toughest places in college softball. Football:*Directed and organized “Vol Village,” a tailgate area for family fun activities and businesses to promote their operations to fans. *Co-Directed the “Vol Legend Program”, program honoring former football players throughout game day; including a tailgate party, co-hosting the Vol Network Radio show, and an on field presentation. *Led group and individual tours of Neyland Stadium, 3rd largest football stadium in the country. Student Rewards:*Directed and planned campus-wide events for a free incentive program with over 5000 members, including prize pick ups to increase student attendance at home games.

Counsel area youth kids regarding age appropriate day to day life lessons and skills, no child left behind testing coordinator, and adviser to extra curricular clubs such as; student council, national honor society, big pal/little pal, senior class, homecoming, prom, and graduation.
