Project name: Building a Branding strategy for Microsoft India in CampusesThis project attempted to understand the critical career motivators for Gen-Y at Indian campuses and understand their perception of the MS brand today. The scope of the project also involved identifying the best practices adopted by companies at Indian campuses and providing recommendations to the campus team at MS India to attract the best campus graduates in India.
