Jinder Atwal was born in and raised in the beautiful city of Terrace, British Columbia. He is a Real Estate agent, entrepreneur, and TV personality, best known as the star of CTV’s Emmy award-winning hit series ‘The Amazing Race Canada (2014). He hosted a Travel Series on The Travel Channel & Golf Asia Network in Thailand, and was crowned Mr. World Canada 2016. He has lived in the Halton Hills region for 5 years now, before which he resided in India, Thailand, Malaysia and Los Angeles.He attended the University of the Fraser Valley and earned a Bachelors of Science degree in cellular, molecular biology, after which he went on to build an international health and wellness business across South East Asia, including Japan, Hong Kong, Mainland China and the United States for 5 years. Apart from his career, Jinder's love of travel has led him to over 20 countries. He's fierce, competitive, and very determined and says much of his drive comes from the example set by his parents and grandparents.He is inspired by his fathers immigration from India to Canada, with no money and no English vocabulary. He simply wanted to build a life of opportunity for his future children, and the fact that he just got on a plane, came to a foreign country and sacrificed his entire life has made Jinder realize just how blessed he is at the opportunity to take the risks that he continually does. His grandfather's example has shown him how beautiful life is, and has taught him that love is the supreme expression of life, it is the essence and ground of all creation.Jinder Atwal’s diverse life experiences as well as skills acquired in international business development/sales have made him resilient and tenacious but also gives him a unique insight into how to protect clients, find the best deals, and market properties all the while being a compassionate and service-oriented real estate agent.
Always up for a challenge, decided to pursue a career in real estate. Jinder takes pride in his accomplishments and his success has allowed him to help others. He supports several non-profit organizations including Heart to Heart Children’s Home in Haiti, The Door of Faith Orphanage and Casa de Luz Ministries in Mexico, and ‘Stop the B’ anti-bullying Campaign.
