• Responsible for Technical review for the Design drawing.• Responsible or Manpower allocation for all my projects • Responsible for Material follow and delivery • Responsible for Preparing budget report to make sure the project is in profit.• Closing of all snags and handing over of Project to Client after DLP Period • Responsible reviewing & Coordinating with suppliers for submittals and shop drawing.• Responsible for submission of method statement & getting approval from consultant prior to start of works.• Responsible to make sure site progress is proceeding as per the approved specification & Local Standards and within provide time period.• Maintaining proper documents for inspections (I.e. Related to work, materials& testing).• To coordinate with site team if some comments are found at the time of pre-inspection or inspection with consultant.• To ensure work progress as per specification & approved drawing.• Responsible to reviewing the civil clearance & providing MEP Clearance.• To provide the Quantity& percentage of work completion to QS department for monthly payment application.• To prepare and coordinate with all contactors & suppliers for Qatar Civil Defense Inspection Document submission & Site preparation • To prepare the site & Coordinate with Civil & MEP to make site as per Qatar Civil Defense requirements or Standards prior to civil defense inspection.• To prepare the site progress report for both installation, approval & handover Status for high level management meeting.• To prepare compliance for Civil defense comments with proper reports and documents.• To provide the proper documents including WIR, MRI& highlighted drawing for payment application.• To review the quantity & provide approval for sub-contractor payment application.• To notice any variation at site to Quantity Survey Department.

Responsibilitiesheld : • Responsible for cross verifying as built drawing and documents in the checklist during commissioning.• Prepare site progress report against project plan.• Preparing Daily work schedule and daily report of Project progress.• Review the site Progress is going as per design specification.• Cordinate Commission team for Testing and commission of Project.• Preparing snags during commissioning and handover to contractor.

 Responsible for cross verifying sales handover report like design, cost estimation with the site. Responsible for checking and ensuring the availability of required materials. Monitoring timely performance of employees in the work force and motivate them toIncrease productivity.  Study the site and schedule the work with a proper resource planning. Arrange site meeting, visit site regularly to ensure the project meets the required quality standard and time schedule demanded by the customer. Attending pressure tests, leak test and approve the tests. Also ensure safety standards in all works Proper inspection to ensure that work progress with required standards and specification as per approved drawing. Coordination with all departments and client for easy completion of the project. Formulating project objectives, plans & schedules and its timely implementation of the Installation team. Maintain records regarding completion of work on daily basis and submit the report to management. Creating cost variance report of the project Follow up with clients regarding implemented project and collecting feedback from customer.
