Controlling construction and commissioning activity of different sites

My responsibilities were to manage the site execution,providing all documents to subcontractor.look after all E&I materials and ordering the missing items.supporting for commissioning activities

Electrical Supervisor June 2014 to current date:-22 MonthsWeather ford, Iraq• Handling the startup and commissioning, activity for Zubair IPF, on shore. • Supervision of Installation of E&I Equipment’s of Atmospheric Explosion Proof and Cable Termination as per the “ATEX” Standard. • Monitor and sign for Electrical& Instrumentation completion ITR’s. • Monitor and Ensure Electrical Contractors works done incompliance with PPE.• In charge for Managing all E&I project Materials and procuring the Missing items.• Preparation of PTW’s and assisting the techs for the daily duties as required.• Closing of A,B,C Punch list.• Walk down with Clint for handover the systems.• Coordination with vendor for Installation of 8.8 MW X 2 Gas Turbine Generator • Coordination with vendor 0.9MW X 2 Emergency DG• Commissioning of 35KV Gas insulated Switchgears (ABB), Numerical protection relays,Variable Frequency Drives, Power & Distribution Transformers, H.T, L.T Motors, D.C Motors, Soft starters, U.P.S, Compressor, HVAC & Heat trace system etc.• H.V / L.V 11kv/6.63kv transformer and HPU motor.• Assist Vendors for testing and commissioning of LV/HV boards, HVAC system and PAGA/Telecom systems. Do troubleshooting and was involved in shutdown and black start procedures and exercises loop test of the Battery charger, UPS, inverters and Battery Bank. Checks the sp. gravity, level of solution, voltage check each cell of the Battery Bank.
