Client Operations Manager
Current· Strategic Account Management – through client engagement and fleet analysis, find hardware, software and other service opportunities to continually add value and account growth· Client Relationship Management - build relationships across our top 20 premier accounts through consistent, scheduled communication touch points with a 100% retention rate· Construct and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to develop client relationships and uncover opportunities for organic growth· Continually add value by completing hardware fleet analysis and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency with workflow improvements for my accounts· Act as interdepartmental liaison, collaborating with various internal teams to ensure the clients’ needs are being fulfilled
