Perform sourcing, evaluation of quotation and price negotiations• Develop good work relationships with suppliers, plan and forecast inventories to optimize overall cost• Co-ordinate with internal departments/Vendors/Logistic to track deliveries and verify on quantity and quality of received items• Verify invoice with purchase order and delivery order• Liaise with freight forwards on freight and logistics aspects and quotations to optimize freight cost• Review stock inventory to ensure sufficient stock level is maintained• Liaising with Account on matters on invoicing• Ensure the Pos are properly captured and placed in the system• Provide immediate operational support raised by customer orders/Sales Team• Liaise with customer service and warehouse team (internal & external) on item replacement and claim issues
