Together with four other international exchange students at Tsinghua, we identified key problem areas and challenges that exchange students faced. We then established the Non-Degree Students Community (NDSC) with the support of Tsinghua's International Students and Scholar's Centre to better address these concerns and problems. The aim of NDSC is to positively maximise every exchange student's experience through greater student engagement and involvement in social activities.
