As a first-year Health Policy PhD student at George Washington University's Milken Institute School of Public Health, I am committed to bridging the gap between public health and law to create impactful policy solutions. My academic journey includes an LL.M. from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University and an M.S. in Public Health from National Yang-Ming University, equipping me with a multidisciplinary approach to complex health challenges.My professional experience spans legislative assistance in Taiwan's Congress, where I played a key role in drafting legislation and overseeing critical administrative processes. I also bring international experience from my internship at the O'Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University, where I worked on pivotal HIV policy mapping and community monitoring initiatives.With over four years of research experience in health services and policy, I have made contributions to improving care continuity for post-acute patients and enhancing legal preparedness for public health emergencies and intergovernmental governance. My passion lies in integrating legal frameworks with health policy research to develop resilient and sustainable health policies that address both current and future challenges.
