* Managing the operation and sales of luxury retail business, including:* Set staff goals and targets for the new month, including reviewing staff sales performance.* Review of the previous month store performance including store sales * Training and mentoring staff on company processes, promotions and sales techniques.* Reporting on sales figures, stock quantity sold, category quantity sold and * Performed bank and pretty cash reconciliations * Presentation of the new monthly sales forecasts and target and budgets* Assisting with sales to customer through in-store, email and phone enquires.* Providing customer service with emphasis on listening to customer needs, educating customers on products, and recruiting customers to company’s promotional services.* Helping to open other stores in different locations*. Helping the store to supporting RBWH Foundation by fundraising sale in the hospital
