Generated hundreds of CRISPR-engineered KO, KI, and base-edited clonal iPSC lines for disease modeling, and organoid differentiation process establishment and optimization.• Optimized the organoid differentiation process by screening 100+ culture conditions using CRISPR-engineered multiplex fluorescence reporters as readout, resulting in a 20-fold increase in target cell type generation efficiency.• Funded with an NIH R21 grant as a Principal Investigator for a pooled CRISPR activation screen proposal. Assisted my advisor with project conceptualization and grant writing on 10+ grants.
