Monitoring & Analytics for LabsY Combinator 2018 summer batch

My main responsibility was to take the total ownership of Enterprise Services business model roll out in APAC. To launch this new business model, I owned an A3 and led teams in China, Japan, Singapore and India in following areas: - Strategic planning / Business plan focus on "People, Process and System" - Deep dive of customer needs and modify launching plan accordingly -Solution Development for Asset Management and Managed Services for corporate key accounts in APAC - People development ( Training, HR planing) - IT infrastructure Prior to This role, I was selected in GLDP(Graduate Leadership Development) for General Manager track and ELP (Emerging Leader Program).
