My main responsibility was to take the total ownership of Enterprise Services business model roll out in APAC. To launch this new business model, I owned an A3 and led teams in China, Japan, Singapore and India in following areas: - Strategic planning / Business plan focus on "People, Process and System" - Deep dive of customer needs and modify launching plan accordingly -Solution Development for Asset Management and Managed Services for corporate key accounts in APAC - People development ( Training, HR planing) - IT infrastructure Prior to This role, I was selected in GLDP(Graduate Leadership Development) for General Manager track and ELP (Emerging Leader Program). I also had experience in:- Product Management （Division: Water Analysis Instrument; My work was specialized in "online process instrument" in power industry, Water and Waste Water industry)- Commercial Operation (Division: Chemical Analysis Instrument; I was responsible for pricing strategy) - New Product Development ( Division: Unity Lab Services; I led "Big Data" project, which focus on lab operation management, instrument full-life cycle asset management)

Responsible for the management of the branch office in Bern; directed projects in West Europe and developed new business opportunities in SwitzerlandCBC Schweiz AG., Bern, Switzerland is an international market research and business consulting company with 6 global offices Branch/Team Management • Negotiated financial incentives with Swiss local government and launched the new branch in Bern• Recruited and managed a team with 6 full time and 200 part time employees from 12 different countries, beat the break-even target in 8 months after opening • Built a strategic network throughout Switzerland utilizing economic forums to cultivate media relationships and new customers, realized 20% increase in sales• Implemented technology innovation which, enhanced efficiency and cut costs by 70% at the company’s call center in BernProject Management • Searched and evaluated strategic M&A targets for a well-known pharmaceutical company• Conducted new market entry strategy study, created a go-to-market strategy, managed communication strategy with Chinese governmentI joined CBC when I was 22 years old as consultant.
