- Plan and refine volunteer management resources for the purpose of strengthening SSAs' organisational capabilities and maximise impact to service users through the engagement of volunteers- Plan and run information sessions for volunteer management publications including NCSS Volunteer Role Redesign Guide, Volunteer Continuity Planning Guide to raise awareness of the resources amongst practitioners- Manage Volunteer Management Capability Development (VMCD) Consultancy Projects involving partners from SSAs, consultants and internal stakeholders

- Manage TTSH volunteer programmes through the creation of frameworks for volunteer engagement and planning the workflow for a new volunteer programme- Conduct literature review, desktop research and programme evaluation - Engage social service and healthcare partners as part of event planning for the Singapore Patient Conference and Singapore Patient Action Awards 2021

- Work in partnership with Health Sciences Authority (Blood Services Group) and Bloodmobile Organisers to plan and organise over 70 successful mobile blood donation drives in the community and 80 blood donation group bookings across four blood banks- Proactively ensure a smooth operational flow during mobile blood donation drives and at blood banks, including anticipating challenges, resolving operational issues and enhancing the donor experience- Oversee BDRP's volunteer programme, including engaging, mobilising, managing and training the volunteer pool

- Involved in two different Pioneering Projects by NCSS: Project ELEVATE, a service-learning opportunity which incorporated with elements of mentoring for post-secondary youth, and Project SPIN, an initiative for single parents to improve their social networks and access to information- Prepared a report capturing the Theory of Change, literature review, programme details and thought processes behind Project ELEVATE- Assisted in process evaluation and creating an evaluation report for phase 1 of Project ELEVATE - Undertook a literature review for Project SPIN, on policies and programmes available for single parents overseas and a landscape scan for services available for single parents in Singapore- Conducted a landscape scan for services available in Singapore's Throughcare landscape, consolidating the types of programmes available to help ex-offenders, ex-substance abusers and their families
