-Process and work improvements, troubleshooting.-Well-versed in cGMP and PIC/S requirements in the aspect of productions, environment and product quality.-Involved in formulations improvements, adjustments and developments.-Manage the entire production team (staffing, training and scheduling)-Liaising Production Departments with other departments to ensure products met the local and international regulatory requirements.-Monitoring the production of oral solid dosage and galenical pharmaceutical production -Maintaining Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and monitor mixing process, in-process control and material reconciliation.-Approving and verifying protocols, documentations and also assisting validation team for validation and qualifications for machinery and processes. i.e large scale mixer, blender, film-coating machine, tableting machine-Responsible in the proper movement and disposal of Dangerous Drug, Psychotropic Materials and products.-Involved in internal audit and external audit by pharmaceutical enforcement officer
