I am mainly in charge of one branch from Corporation Translation Service which is well known as the peak client. The project’s categories are various. They are not only DTP projects but also articulate, video and html projects. My daily work is to manage localization projects. Summarizing project experiences and lessons and improving our service step by step. I have an excellent understanding of the client’s request and can solve all the client’s requests as soon as possible. I also can provide effective solutions to client to make projects go more smoothly. Deliver the jobs on time and with good quality. And work close with Dublin PM, engineers to make the projects go well. So after I took over this account the client was very satisfied with my work and gave us the first good feedback in one QBR meeting. Since most of my projects are usually small and in short turn around. I can also arrange projects flexibly to keep the quality and speed in good balance. There was a big success in one big and complicated project with revenue USD 150,000 (GM 60%) which I managed close with translators, engineers, QSs, LC and other PMs myself. I need to deal with hundreds of mails every day. But I can sort all things clearly and smoothly. Finally get praises from the client.
