I clarify and support the career goals and issues faced by leavers of the Armed Forces. These can range from job searching, career change, self-employment, redundancy and retirement.I provide support with career assessment, career options, training, CV development, approaching the job market and interview techniques via face to face, telephone guidance and via TEAMS.Deliver on the vocational assessment programme for the North of England, supporting those leaving under a medical discharge working collaboratively with the RBLI.I deliver Career Transition and Employment Support Workshops across the North of England and support a range of transition events relating to those being medically discharged. I actively support employer engagement activities such as industry awareness, company presentations and employment fairs.
