• 2016 – present, focus on the design and development of IBM z/OSMF server, which provides system management functions with modularized plugins on Liberty, and supports both browser-based user interface and RESTful APIs. Lead the design and development for the Core service, Web UI, Rest Service of z/OSMF server. Lead the Swagger support for all z/OSMF plugins. Lead the performance tuning for z/OSMF server startup, redesign the startup process, which lead to 50% improvement for startup time and 80% improvement for I/O throughput, and for a small system/windows virtue machine, the startup time improves 80%. Lead the whole team to constantly improve the Java performance and memory efficiency for z/OSMF server. Lead the team to modernize z/OS capacity to RESTful services based on microservice compliance.• 2010 – 2016, focus on the performance testing and tuning of z/OS sub system. Lead the continues performance testing and tunning for C/C++ compiler, XML compiler, 5% improvement for Release to Release performance. Lead the continues performance testing for USS (Unix System Service), Java on z/OS, Java on zLinux. Lead the performance testing and tunning for IOS FBA on both z/OS and Linux, gain 59% CPU improvement, 33% throughput improvement.

2007.4 - 2010.10 Alcatel-lucent China, Software Engineer• Working on several components of the Lucent IMS software: ISG (Intelligent Service Gateway). I finished 3 releases for the time being. The components are: EDR (Event Detail Record), CDR (Charging Detail Record), Diameter Rf charging, DNS SDK.• My Responsibilities are to created project plans, components development and implement, followed-up on a regular basis and initiated corrective actions, communicated project status to all stakeholders, managed risks and reviewed projects, software engineering practices improvement.

2006.3 - 2007.4 Beijing R&D Center, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., Software Engineer• The design and implementation of Huawei network management software: iManage NSM V2R5.• Tools/Environment: Java/C++, Rational Rose，SQL Server 2000/SyBase，Windows/Solaris，ACE、DBTools• My Responsibilities: Design, implement and test the fault management module of VPLS, the VPN policy (L2 and L3) module and the SR(Service Request) history module; Maintain the auto-discovery module of BGP MPLS VPN and the QoS Module.
