• Lead product and design strategy & execution• Grew Literator from an idea to a software suite (incl. iOS, Android, web) used in 4K+ schools in 11 countries. • Created frameworks & processes for strategic planning, sales, customer management, fundraising, and company culture. • Sourced contractors and interns, managing 2 designers, 2 engineers, and 11 external contractors and volunteers.Aside from management, my IC contributions include: designing the initial releases on all 3 platforms, running user studies, implementing parts of the iOS & web apps, managing sprints for design & engineering, managing customer relationships, resolving support tickets, and running various marketing initiatives.

• Created concept designs for bookmarks, full screen, and the toolbar.• Implemented and maintained major functionality like bookmarks, tabs, Reader, full screen, and more.• Authored 2 patents on usability and privacy.• Gave 2 talks at WWDC on web standards.

Created a C++ program for Hugin/Panotools that creates HDR images from multiple LDR images with minimized ghosting.

Conducted user studies and created designs for the SmartSpaces project.
