1.Independently lead multiple projects and communicate with the clients, understand client's pain points and expectations to better set up project purpose, timeline, methods, and etc2.Arrange the projects well and make sure to meet the deadlines, provide solutions to client's problems, and respond to client's questions from time to time3.Provide insightful solutions either to clients or potential clients, and maintain relationships with clients, further deploy potential opportunities where possible4.Report to the clients' managements periodically about the progress and achievements, give training to different stakeholders before or during the projects5.Prepare bidding materials and proposals based on client's needs, and participate in marketing6.Organize webinars and invite institutional clients, make training videos and etc7.Managed multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

1.Support RM and contact with bank clients to collect documents and ensure bank requirements are fulfilled2.Overall control AML practices for Financial institution clients and investment banking clients3.Make and maintain AML policies, co-ordinate with wealth management, global markets and compliance4.Provide AML training to branch business units5.Lead the project to establish AML mechanism for non-bank financial institutions6.Work with internal audit and external consultant7.Involve in system improvements and enhancement8.Analyze abnormal and suspicious reports monthly9.Coordinate with BEA HK to overall control back office work of BEA China's Fl clients

1.Perform KYC 4-eye check in time for on-boarding and review purposes, including corporate and institution clients2.Investigate on PEP and adverse news in close co-ordination with different teams, including RM and complianceDevelop a good understanding of overall KYC operations process and act as a subject matter expert 3.to support the team, including coach new joiners to get familiar with daily work asap4.Co-ordinate with colleagues from sites worldwide5.Implement/participate various internal and external projects/ exercises from time to time and PBOC account annual inspection6.Resolve inquiries raised by the business line with respect to client on-boarding issue, and escalate risks to compliance team for further advice.
