-Make the installation plan, organize manpower, attend the installations of FSI’s products in China or other region’s primary Semiconductor Manufacturers;-Leads the service activities in the field;-Establish and maintain good relationship with customers, provide customers 24hours technical support and help them to keep the tools in perfect condition;-Coordinate with Headquarter and finalize all the factory training schedule with customer about instructor and other resources;-Provide on job training to customer equipment team and support them better understand the tool trouble shooting & maintenance;-Record all parts usage and Labor utilities in the SAP and CRM system;-Collect tool failure data and escalate to company’s failure analysis system. Provide daily report to managers.-Carry out the investigation about the root cause of equipment failures per Schematic/trouble shooting guide/download data from failed unit mechanically and electrically, discussing with headquarter tech support engineers to get improvement; Primary productions of FSI:• Zeta 200mm/300/mm series spray wafer surface cleaning system• Mercury spray wafer surface cleaning system• Antares Advanced wafer surface Cleaning System• Orion Single wafer cleanning systemOverseas experience:-United States: FSI factory training -Korea: Samsung installation mission -Singapore: Global Foundry service mission; Micron installation and service mission-Malaysia: Infineon installation mission; X-fab(1st Silicon) service mission.

-In supervisor role he is wholly responsible for the smooth operations of the Metron Service team in China. -Support China customers for all equipment installation, service and logistics.-Responsible for continuous improvement and best practice strategies to ensure a consistently high level of service delivery, response times and contract compliance. -Manage service contracts and installation projects. -Consult/coordinate between headquarter and local support team for technical issue;
