- Be responsible for all HR issue of East China, including recruitment, C&B, L&D etc.; - Organize and develop local learning and Development;- Be responsible for recruiting talents and retaining good people to meet company’s high-speed development; - Complete OD, talent pool and succession plane； - Organize and implement EC annual Performance Appraisal； - Be responsible for C&B, and make annual analysis with Hewitt tool； - Be responsible for contract and staffing issue related to labor law; - Coordinate relationship with related local government.
