● Successfully implemented the Survey and Quote process for Veolia’s waste management system. This includes configuration, documentation and testing of the standard SAP quotation solution integrating with the waste business process. ● Redesigned a new pricing procedure that captures automated pricing instead of the current manual pricing design. Olympus Imaging Australia – SAP Functional Consultant - SAP Sales & Distribution● Designed, configured and tested sales BOM process to enable creating of different packaging combinations based on parts acquired from head office. Managed all inventory and pricing at component level with enhancements completed to ensure consistency of component ratio and correct display of outputs. Introduced cumulative pricing to collect all BOM component prices for display at header level in final invoice. EDI inbound interface was also updated to calculate against customer expected price and generate appropriate reason for rejection when discrepancy detected.● Designed, configured and tested a new rebate agreement type to handle kitting provisions to reimburse customers selling individual parts as kits. Involved creating a new condition type, rebate agreement type, account keys, sales and billing document types. A new cancellation document was also defined to isolate transactions from the new kitting provision process. A new GL account determination was also put in place to separate domestic and international sales. Testing included creation of manual accruals, partial and final settlements including reversals.Coca Cola Amatil – SAP Functional Consultant/Coordinator - SAP Plant Maintenance, Agentry and ABAP● Completed field mapping exercise from SAP to Work Manager based on business requirements. Successfully delivered all functional unit test scripts for SAP Work Manager 5.3; and participated in unit testing of client application prior to delivery for each code drop. Involved creating work orders and notifications in SAP and processing in Work Manager including consumption of parts and recording time confirmations. This version of the Work Manager client application was built from the ground up with customised screen flows and additional functionalities to manage inventory.
