AiRMOUR is funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme, focusing on the research to make urban air mobility safe, secure, and sustainable (https://airmour.eu). I was working on AiRMOUR Work Package 5.1, which is also my master thesis project, conducting the CO2 life cycle assessment study on urban air mobility in the context of emergency medical service (https://airmour.eu/deliverables/).

-Researched on the finance policies in Europe, South and Central Asia, Middle East, and Africa countries; analyzed 700+ public-funding projects. -Conducted quality assurance, standardized coding methodologies, and finalized records for clients such as USAID.

Research Topic: Are Non-GAAP Measures Running Amok? Evidence on the Proliferation of Non-GAAP Adjustments and the Transparency of the Related Disclosures-Collected research data by digging into annual reports of listed companies, handled data by R-Designed surveys to capture international Auditors’ and finance analysts’ textual viewpoints towards non-GAAP measures

Research Topic: Interaction between Goodwill impairment and Critical Audit Matter (CAM) in Chinese capital market.-Researched on literatures about goodwill in both IFRS and GAAP-Harvested panel data demonstrating the text-based expressions (textual mining) of goodwill impairment in Critical Audit Matters

-Crawled data related to advertising for “Smart City + Car Rental” project launched by BMW and Didi, applying Web Scraper.-Conducted marketing strategy analysis for Vivo, compared its soft advertising input and output with competing mobile phones.-Gathered feedback from users and communicated with designers of a developing cloud computing platform to lift its utilities.-Assisted programmers to quantify KOLs’ marketing effects by applying quantitative models and evaluate their performance.-Maintained clients’ confidential accounts with different marketing channels including Baidu, Google, CCTV and outdoor advertisements.

-Sorted and integrated over 500 customer questionnaires in the preparation of in-depth interview with Mazda China.-Assisted in the after-sales service design with clients including Daimler, Loyalty Segment Study to optimize the production efficiency and market share.-Utilized Tableau to compose and visualize the tender memorandums and quantitative analysis reports.

-Analyzed financial statements of Chinese public companies to build an audit information system according to changes in 2016 Chinese Accounting Standards; took charge of accounts including fixed assts, long-term liabilities, and allowance.-Facilitated the procedure of standardization of existing auditing process, stated auditing goals and materiality level for the following year.
