• Worked on the Clinical Diagnostic Decision Support System project – Responsible for develop strategies for enabling mission-oriented clients to develop, transform and apply AI technologies in the medical industry. • Worked with the product team and development engineers on new enhancement requests to develop new elements or change existing elements on products; developing the knowledge graph for the medical AI platform. • Conducted business analysis of the health system and the application of the product in the China primary health setting to uncover new business opportunities.

• Contributed to technical proposals for new business development and supporting proposal teams by conducting environmental scanning, literature review; performing data collection, and business analytics. Clients include USAID, Gates’ Foundation and CDC. • Financial and operational support of program backstopping teams on bilateral projects: assisted project teams to manage new donor awards, subcontracts and grants; assisted finance operation manager in monitoring, analyzing project financial information by using JSI’s field accounts system, budget tracking system; supported project operations, human resources, contracting and administration.

• Support the “21st-Centry Barefoot Doctors program”, aiming to use AI diagnostics technology combined with market reform to strengthening primary healthcare in rural China areas. • Conducted literature review and economics methods to analyze the impact of pay-for-performance and capitation scheme on prescription quality and health providers care provision. Design potential incentives for hospital, medical facilities and practitioners to mobilize resources to primary healthcare level, in order to improve the accessibility and affordability of healthcare especially for underserved population in China.

• Designed the Digital Health Solution for UHC in sub-Saharan Africa Project and drafted the project design proposal; identifying potential partners and facilitating partnership building among Uganda Ministry of Health, Chinese and Uganda technical experts, product partners, Uganda National Heart Institute and academia from both Uganda and China sides. • Prepared and arranged the new programme design workshop in Uganda, Kampala, bringing together pharmaceutical, medical devices and IT firms, government officials and global health experts; summarizing previous evaluation and assessment findings; composed the mission report and funding proposal to Gate’s foundation. • Conducted the analysis about Uganda national eHealth policy strategy and ICT infrastructure, drafted the Uganda eHealth and ICT readiness report.

• Social Venture Group is a philanthropic consulting firm working towards providing donation solutions for oversea and domestic organizations to maximize the donation impact. Worked as project consultant intern by providing clients social sector research and analysis on “philanthropy + finance” solutions. • Conducted research on the U.S. donor-advised-fund (DAF) charitable giving strategy, analyzed the investment benefits and limitations; compared the philanthropy law and regulation environment of charitable donation between China and U.S, conducted feasibility analysis of introducing DAF strategy into China market.
