Drive implementation project and work with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery monitoring the progress from order to delivery and bill release.As a key frontline interface of the customer servicing team, responsible for the service delivery & on-going support of the technical solutions & services critical to customers in Hong Kong.Partner with Sales and Account team to mockup solution demos or document proof of concepts as required, to keep customers constantly engaged during the sales and delivery.Work with internal project teams and external stakehoders to drive key product migration to ensure strategic migration program milestones are achieved. Establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders by regularly updating customers on product changes and roadmap and technological enhancements.Create and maintain a customer technical profile to record stakeholders, key services and applications along with infrastructure design to enable better understanding for all teams.
