• Generate monthly Pre-bills and Regular bills for my 180 – 200 clients• Make edits and revisions based on the manager’s and clients’ requests while in compliance with CBA contracts.• Submit invoices in different e-billing portals with a strong understanding of the function of each e-billing portal• Prepare final bills and ensure the distribution of the bills to the client via various e-bill sites, as well as email and regular mail• Generate Monthly Estimate Cost, Loaded Rate Cost, and Yearly Budget Cost for client inquires• Coordinate with other accounting departments to resolve any billing issues• Maintain and update Client Billing Information Sheets, Budget Tracking, and update client billing information in the accounting system• Accurately respond to Client/Matter billing inquiries promptly time• Maintain accurate and up-to-date matter budgets and matter status reports in compliance with client billing guidelines• Communicate closely with AR, Manager, and client regarding outstanding AR balances; and assist with client collections as needed• Manage multiple problems and projects at once

• Manage full-cycle AP/AR workflow from timely and accurate processing of incoming AP/AR invoices• Review and approve all expense reports based on the company’s policy• Perform analysis of various expense accounts in support of the end-of-month “closing process”• Performance client billings, including generating invoices, maintaining customer and billing records, tracking and resolving billing-related matters• Support controller and finance team by processing monthly and seasonal financial disclosure
