CurrentResponsible for the maintenance and development of the smart farming website codebase. The website uses Python Flask as its backend; PHP, Openhab Cloud API and Python Flask API for the API; MYSQL for the database; HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and Javascript for the frontend.Lead and participate in the development of the smart farming and prisoner tracking app. Both of which are coded using Flutter.The website and mobile app is a mere interface to view the smart farming system. The smart farming system is coded using OpenHAB and Python. OpenHAB acts as a bridge between hardware and software while Python is used for auxilary tasks such as reporting back events to our server.But for scalability and time-saving purposes, Python is used again to generate out the OpenHAB code for a site based on the site's requirement.Improve reliability of our smart farming system, by using Siemen's PLC and HMI. This is in contrast to our current system which uses a PC and is subjected to harsh conditions, and RAM failures.Currently, we have 400 sites successfully deployed and farmers under organizations such as the Department of Agriculture (DOA), Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), Program Taman Kekal Pengeluaran Makanan (TKPM), Program Pemajuan Kawasan (PPK), are actively using our smart farming solution.
