Techno Web Solution has hired me as an Assistant to their Project Management Team . My responsibilities include chatting with client to understand various project requirements and create the initial/primary non-technical requirement document before passing it on to the Technical team for further analysis, organizing the Project documents by Google docs or Dropbox, monitoring Change Requests, monitoring Project extensions and simultaneous Cost increments if any, monitoring Delivery deadlines and deviations if any and of course coordinating with the client and the Project team on a regular basis to make sure and Project is ends in good note and results an excellent feedback from the Client.
