Current•Effectively work alongside third parties, such as partners and customers, regarding technical issues and customer service inquiries, primarily over the phone and in writing.•Provide expertise on Cisco Meraki MR access points, MS switches, MX firewalls, MV security cameras, and System Manager end device management solutions. •Diagnose and solve wireless, security, routing, switching, and other network-related issues Cisco Meraki customers and partners reported. By using my technical network technology skill, including firewalls, content filters, routing/switching, VLANs (Virtual Local Area Networks), VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), and 802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless.•Detailed and thorough comprehension of networking protocols, including TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol), STP (Spanning tree Protocol), ARP (Address Resolution Protocol), Ethernet, OSPF (Open Shortest Path First), etc.•Run packet captures for deep packet analysis to identify network traffic behavior to make improvements or identify issues.•Analyzed security incidents to identify potential genuine threats versus false positives.•Resolve network outages, incorrect configurations, and sophisticated networking issues on customers' devices.•Participating in engineering and product team communication and keeping up with enterprise and cloud networking trends.•Offered guidance and assistance to new hires to enhance their technical skills and ensure success in their roles.•Acted as a resource for colleagues by providing assistance and support in technical areas of expertise
