CurrentUTAH CAROL is a Chicago, Illinois-based indie pop duo consisting of Grant Birkenbeuel and JinJa Davis. The group, formally launched in 1997, takes its name from a traditional cowboy song. Grant and JinJa, composers since 1995, formed their own label, Stomping Ground and have had their music featured across a wide variety of media.
