About Jinmi Yoon

I am an astrophysicist, leader, mentor, teacher, and AAS astronomy ambassador. I am also a senior staff scientist at the STScI and work at the Mikulski Archive for Space Telescopes (MAST) for one of the STScI goals, "make the world's astronomical information accessible to all."My research interest lies in near-field cosmology. I am particularly interested in the first stars and galaxies and cosmic chemodynamical evolution. I have also learned various technical, managing, and interpersonal skills through my diverse experience in life and work.
