In this position I was responsible for implementation of IT Global delivery model called Software Factory, establishment of service management techniques including measurement, evaluation and supervision of sophisticated Service Level Agreement model. In this position I managed both fix and mobile CRM systems and prepared the first outsourcing service delivery model with external suppliers (Accenture and Hewlett Packard). These activities covered a definition of the Operational model, key governance principles, process adjustments and definition of the Service Level agreements and all related financial and IT controlling processes.

I worked for Aliatel as head of IT operations almost since its foundation. In this position I fully utilized my technical, organizational and analytic skills. Under my management a complete technical infrastructure was developed and organizational and service management concept were formed.
