• Responsible for sourcing the profile through job sites, references/networking, head hunting, existing database for of all levels from Jr. Level to Top Management Level.• In-depth assessment of JD and skill requirement from the client, both technical and non-technical. • Profile analysis, Screening, short listing and conducting preliminary interview (Candidate Assessment) prior to sending it to the client.• Interaction with the candidates, briefing them about the Job Description and match the required skills with candidate expectations. • End to end coordination with the client and the candidate and scheduling of interviews and guiding the candidate through the whole procedure. • Post interview liaison with both the parties for quick and successful negotiations and final acceptance. • Develop an excellent word of mouth (WOM) & rapport with customers – both candidates & clients, so as to ensure referrals & repeat business for the organization.• Business development initiatives and expand the client base as well as maintaining relationship with the existing client so as to ensure repeat business.• Network development and creation of database with varied skills for immediate requirement.• Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements.• Submission of daily reports to clients and management• Coordinate and participate in Recruiting job fairs organized by the clients.Recruiting For Positions: • Asp.net / C#. • Java Developer.• C/C++ Developer• Software Engineer ,Senior Software Engineer• APMs and above
