Analyse the data and share with finance team for billing.> Carry out daily shipment reconciliation procedure for avoiding merchant dispute and maintain integrity in operation.> Highlight the issues in pick up delays and take control actions with different departments to avoid such situations in future> Make sure that all the trunking vehicles leaves on time to different Emirates from Dubai mother hub.> Generate reports and pullout shipments from inventory for dispatch thereby make sure that shipments in inventory(non value adding area ) is in minimum level.> Give correct information and data of inventory to customer care team to call and get confirmation. > Analyse the data related to operations and make reports thereby give actual insight to management for taking necessary actions.> Make sure that the shipment life cycle get maintained and all the not delivered shipments sent back to merchants after certain retention period (Return to Origin) through RTO team.> Manage Dubai dispatch team and make sure that correct shipments get dispatched with correct courier in correct area so that maximize the chance of delivery success rate.> Manage and solve the issues while dispatching 45+ couriers in Dubai hub and make sure that dispatch operations is very lean and error free.> Daily operations review meeting with GM to discuss about the issues faced last night and discuss new strategies and plans for coming days.> Conduct daily meeting with entire sales account managers team to discuss various issue and plans.
