While employed by Empire Technologies my responsibilities included business development, relationship building, client services, and customer service across all sizes of business from start-ups to Fortune 100/500 corporations. My specialty while at Empire Technologies was the Avaya IP Office platform. My focus remained mostly with domestic companies, but I am not limited to only domestic partnerships. At Empire Technologies, I was able to hit and even surpass many of the goals set by the company and my department.
