I train dogs to be good canine citizens, amazing family members, and excellent companions. My training programs consist of housebreaking, basic obedience, and service work.

Take on commissions for artwork including digital paintings, 3D modeling and texturing, lighting, compositing, graphic design, logo design, and many others using tools that include Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Nuke, Final Cut Pro, and Premiere.

Temp position placed at Ecova. Analyze utility accounts for large corporations to make sure bills are received and paid on time. Negotiate late fees with utility companies if needed. Receive and process bills as received. Work within a team environment to provide the best possible service to our clients to help them pay their utility bills, and help lower their cost.

Using a specified format, type transcripts from audio files quickly, efficiently, and accurately in a timely manner. Audio files range from medical dictation, research dictation or interviews, professional interviews, business or group meetings, captions to videos, recorded calls, court proceedings, or other recorded information as requested by the customer.

Receive and make outbound calls to potential students. Build strong relationships with the students via an interview process for admission to the school while maintaining call quality and abiding by company and legal standards. Make efficient use of company time to assist as many students as possible. Personal accomplishments include helping to streamline the team workflow to increase productivity as well as the ratio of calls taken verses applications received through the use of a new process with supporting Google documents. Attended numerous leadership training workshops offered through employee enrichment during my time in this position.

Provided excellent customer service over the phone and in-store. Answered phones as well as made outbound calls to customers to confirm delivery and service times. Managed daily financial reports and filed all daily paperwork at the end of the day. Provided conflict resolution to customer complaints or issues.
