As a customer experience coordinator, my main responsibility is to onboard new customer who are interested in joining and using the vehicles in the coop. I respond to customer inquiries over the phone and also by email. I also coordinate with the operations team to address any issues customers may have while using our service.

I actively participated in the development and refinement of the college's strategic plan and goals in collaboration with a diverse group of faculty and administrative staff of the college to oversee the annual review and implementation of strategic initiatives. I provided recommendations on budget alignment with the institution's mission, values, and priorities. I also evaluated and made formal recommendations on significant college changes, policies, programs, services, facilities, and marketing efforts while utilizing internal and external data to help support decision-making processes.

As the finance executive of the student council, I chaired weekly student council meetings and do outreach to hear and share what the student council does on campus on a rotating basis with my other student council executives. My primary role of this position was to oversee and chair the Service & Activities committee who is tasked to review and approve a $1.5 million dollar budget dedicated to provide non-academic programs & activities to the student body. I also volunteered my time to continue my outreach and be accessible to the student body by helping other students with event planning, attend student hosted and student leadership hosted events on campus at the Broadway campus, Wood Technology center and the Seattle Maritime Academy.

I carefully evaluated the applications of individuals who have expressed their interest in joining the student council for the upcoming academic year.

As the committee chair, I led a team comprising six voting members from the student body, one nonvoting associate from the student council, and two nonvoting advisors from the student leadership faculty. Together, we meticulously reviewed and drafted a budget totaling $1.5 million which was approved by the Seattle College's Board of Directors. Notably, we approved the motion to commit 10% of the cost to build the new Tiger Union Building with S&A Fees.

I conducted a comprehensive review of the Associated Student Government Bylaws with my fellow committee members and played an instrumental role in making substantial edits and improvements for the next academic year.

In my capacity as a student committee member, I played a pivotal role in advising on budget reductions totaling $100,000 this year. I actively contributed to the evaluation of applications and actively engaged in budget proposal hearings.
